HOW IT WORKS.
Fund Management is an investment account opened under investor's name with our recommended brokers and managed professionally by Our Team. We as your Fund Managers have right to place trade in your account but do not have access to the funds on your account which restricts us from withdrawing your funds, depositing funds and adding another method of payment. Our sole purpose is to manage and trade our investors' funds with promising returns on weekly/monthly basis. Investors cannot change password, withdraw funds, open & close trades without any permission from us. Investors have full access to their funds and can view the progress of their accounts on daily basis through MT4 application on their phones. This service is fully transparent to our clients.
Our strategy is very effective and is based on several standard modules in a proprietary algorithm trading system, including trading strategies, order execution, cash management and risk management. Our trading strategies are the core of the automated trading system. We use Complex algorithms to analyze data (price data and news data) to capture anomalies in market, to identify profitable patterns, or to detect the strategies of rivals and take advantages of the information. Various techniques are used in trading strategies to extract actionable information from the data, including rules, fuzzy rules, statistical methods, time series analysis, machine learning, as well as text mining.

FUND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

The term of this agreement will be for an initial period of one (1) year

Clients trading accounts registered directly under our IB.

Minimum to start will be $100.000

We charge 10% management fees to cover our ongoing costs

Profit split 50/50 between Fund Manager and an Investor as a performance fee

50% equity refund if we suffer loss of the total Investment Capital. *terms and conditions apply

Monthly withdrawal - before the agreement expired, client can only withdraw the profit after paid the performance fee

Weekly return vary depending on Fund Management Level chosen, market structure, etc.

Drawdown could vary from 10% - 40% maximum depending on Fund Management Level chosen.

Our recommended broker
EXAMPLE
If an investor made and initial deposit of $1,000,000 and TAiPAN of Fund Managers turned it into $3,000,000, 50% of the profits go to investor and 50% goes to Fund Manager; which means each party receives $1,000,000. There is no split on deposit and investors still own the deposit of $1,000,000 and can withdraw only after the agreement end. We require 1 week notice before investors withdraw the investment amount.
